DENTAL CLINICS.
CLOSING OF THE ROLL. At the monthly meeting of the Dental Clinics Committee, held last night, Colonel J. H. Whyte was reelected chairman and Mr F. T. Vasey secretary, the committee being: Messrs W. Garden (Central), W. M. Huntington (Hokowhitu). M. Hyland (Convent), A. A. Langley (West End), F. G. Murphy (Milson), J. K. It was reported that Umutoi School was now on the roll and that the parents’ consent forms were being distributed at that school. The secretary reported that the Taikorea School Committee had written asking if the children attending that school could be included for treatment. He ha.d replied in the affirmative. His action was confirmed. It was decided to notify the parents who had not fulfilled their obligations in respect to the payment of the fee for the treatment of their children, or who had not secured exemption from the payment, pointing out that the roll would be closed next month, and that once a child’s name is deleted from the roll the committee had no power to have the name reinstated.
