AUSTRIAN EXHIBITION.
OPENED IN LONDON. (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 16. At the opening 'of the Austrian exhibition in London, Lord Stanhope, Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs, warmly welcomed the exhibition. “It will enable use to acquire a fuller knowledge of Austria, and knowledge is the foundation of understanding, as understanding is of friendship,” he said. “That is the spirit which it is essential to cultivate between all nations to-day, and it is for that reason in particular that I trust this national Austrian exhibition may prove a great success and that it may attract a very large number of visitors.”
