FIVE WORLD’S RECORDS.
SET UP BY SPEED MOTORIST. Received April 18, 12.30 p.m. PARIS, April 17. Mr John Cobb, driving a 400 horsepower Napier-Railton two-ton car, established five world’s records _at Montlhery, including the 2000 kilometres at an average of 122.9 miles an hour; a six hours’ average of 123 miles; and a 2000 miles average of 121.4 miles, after which be skidded into a ditch, slightly damaging the car.
