BOY’S TERRIBLE DEED.
Received April 10. 1.25 p.m. VANCOUVER, April 9. A dog owned by Frank Millen, aged thirteen, was shot for biting Johnnie McFarlane, aged ten. To-day Millen confessed to beating McFarlane to death with an axe and burying the body.
