WARNING AGAINST GRAFT.
TO BRITISH MUNICIPALITIES. Received April 9, 11.20 a.m. LONDON, April 8. The Dispatch says: “ ‘Stamp out Graft’ is the warning the Ministry of Health has sent to municipal authorities throughout Britain following an investigation into councillors’ alleged acceptance of presents, not always money, from contractors. It was also discovered that councillors were giving highly paid jobs to relatives.
