ELIMINATION OF JEWS.
(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (Times Cables.) Received April 7, 9.15 a.m. BERLIN, April 6. The Nazi Party’s Supreme Court has ruled restricting membership of the party to “German nationals of pure Ary-an origin.” Party organisations have been instructed that in doubtful cases ancestry must be investigated back to the year 1800. “The infusion of new blood before then w-as almost impossible, as mixed marriages only began with Jewish emancipation,” it is stated. The ruling goes farther than the previous Aryan clause,- which only- disqualified persons with Jewish parents.
