POSITION OF ULSTER. LONDON, April 5. “Ulster is in a position to defy any of the King’s enemies. Ulster’s position is impregnable,” declared Lord Craigavon, Prime Minister of Northern Ireland, in a speech a.t Belfast. “Ulster will always he loyal and always ho a part of Britain and the Empire,” he added.
