FREE STATE TRADE.
NEGOTIATIONS WITH INDIA. SEQUEL TO OTTAWA. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 7, 11.15 a.m. RUGBY, April 6. Trade negotiations between tile Irish Free State and the Government of India opened in London at the office of the Irish Trade Commission secretary (Mr Dulanty). The possibilities are being examined of developing trade by tariff preferences. The meetings are a sequel to conversations during the Ottawa Conference.
