CLAIM SUCCEEDS.
STATE AS DEFENDANT. "SYDNEY, April 5. Mr Justice Evatt, in the High Court, gave judgment for £lll4, the full amount claimed, in favour of Kenneth Edward Bardolph, proprietor of the Labour Weekly, of Adelaide, who sued the Government of New South Wales for breach of contract. During the Lang Government regime an advertising contract was entered into between Bardolph and the State, and on the return of the Stevens Government this contract was annulled. Bardolph refused to admit that his agreement with the Government had terminated, and continued to insert the advertisements.
