MEMORIAL TOWER PROJECTED.
Received March 14, 11.30 a.m. ■ LONDON, March' 13. In memory of their father, who, was a business man in Liverpool, where they also started business, Lord Vestev and Sir Edmund Vestey have contributed £220,000 to enable the erection of a central tower of a height of 327 feet at the Liverpool Their Majesties have consented to the portrayal of their figures among the statues in the Great Porch.
