MR SPENCER GOLLAN
CIRCUMSTANCES OF DEATH. (United Press Association- —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) Received February 3, 2.5 p■ m. LONDON, Feb. 2. A Paddington jury returned a verdict that Mr Spencer Gollan’s death in a street mishap was accidental and exonerated the driver of the bus that struck him. The Coroner said that Mr Gollan was blind in one eye. Evidence showed that he stepped from a refuge in front of an omnibus, not looking where he was going. The driver had fourteen years experience and held 6 or < diplomas o freedom from accidents. He vainly jammed on both brakes.
