INFLAMMATORY STORIES.
SUPPRESSION ADVOCATED. TOKIO, Jan. 24. The Ministers of War, Navy, Home and Foreign Affairs are holding a conference with the object of the prohibition of the publication of Japan warlike stories and magazine articles liable to inflame so-called patriotic feedings, realising the harmful effect at home and abroad of recent writings by retired service officers and others.
