AMERICAN CONSIDERATION. WASHINGTON, Jan. 23. With the recognition of Cuba an accomplished fact, President Roosevelt and his advisers turned to-day to a discussion of ways and means by which the United States can assist in thoroughly stabilsing Senor Mendieta’s Government.
