POLITICS IN SPAIN.
MARCH ON MADRID. Received December 2, 8.50 a.m. LONDON. Dec. 1. The News-Chronicle’s Madrid correspondent says that the Socialist newspaper El Socialist a alleges that the officers of the Saragossa garrison are arranging a military march on Madrid in support of the Conservative Government under Senor Lerroux. The paper adds that, rather than follow the example of Italy and Germany, Spanish workers would follow Russia.
