PERJURY ADMITTED.
AT REICHSTAG FIRE. Received October 31, 11.5 a.m. BERLIN, Oct. 30. At tire Russo-German fire trial, a witness, Soenker, was arrested after liis confession that his testimony against Taneff was false. The President declared that Soenker had committed deliberate perjury.
