MR WEBB’S POLICY. Per PuesS Association. WESTPORT, Oct. 30. Mr P. C. Wdbb, official Labour candidate for Buller, addressed a large gathering in tie Theatre Royal this evening, lxis adllress mainly following the lines of that given at Runanga. He urged the! speedy completion of the Buller Gorae railway, to absorb unemployment, at; award rates of pay; also the cultivation of the Pakihi land, stating that tin! unemployed would be better occupiell there than on the uneconomic work? on which many of them were engage!!.
