CITY BAND DANCE.
Another enjoyable evening was spent at the City Band dance held in the Oddfellows’ Hall on Saturday night. Some ninety couples enjoyed themselves in dancing to the delightful music which was rendered by a professional orchestra. Tlie winners of the competitions were:—Monte Carlo, Miss Peyton and Air Carnell; lucky Gav Gordons, Aliss E. 'YVheatley and Air R. Chisholm; Alonte Carlo, Aliss Matthews and Air Flowers; lucky door ticket. Air E. Parker. Several enjoyable extras were played by Aliss Conlin and Mr YY r . Adams capably carried out the duties of AI.C.
