MAN FOUND DEAD.
AT FOOT OF EMBANKMENT

AUCKLAND, Sept. 26. Allen James Ross, aged 64, single, a retired farmer, was found dead this morning near the railway line at tho foot of a high embankment. He appeared to have crawled some distance before succumbing to his injuries.
