WORST HAS PASSED.
CRISIS IN DOMINION. LONDON, Sept. 23. The Financial News, reviewing New Zealand’s prospects, . says that, in spite of many difficulties still existing, it seems certain that the worst of the crisis has passed. Exports and the general trade outlook are extremely good. Mr Coates should not have a difficult task if he comes to London to negotiate a conversion loan.
