Archduke Otto Hapsburg, the Pretender to the Austrian Throne, has written a letter rejecting Fascism. Ho declared that Austria’s only hope lies in a constitutional monarchy on democratic lines similar to that of England. “The time for restoration is not yet ripe. It must bo achieved by legal methods. I refuso to be drawn into an adventurous putsch,” he declared.
