MUSIC EXAMINER’S VISIT.
In honour of the visit to Feilding of Mr Frederick Moore, examiner for the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London, a gathering of Feilding musical people was arranged by Mr R. R. F. Jones at his home on Friday night. Those present were Mrs E. A. Golding, Mrs R. Harford, Mrs E. H. Cameron, Miss O’Halloran, Miss E. Revere. Miss M. Garrett, Miss B. Blamires, Mr E. A. Golding, Mr H. Crump and Mr R. R. F. Jones. Mr Moore entertained the gathering with extracts from the lesser known pieces of British and other composers and also gave a rendering of Chopin’s Polanaise in E flat. Mr Moore also gave an informal chat on various matters of interest.
