'Hall Committee was among those . who: took advantage of the modern and old time : danee music relayed from the Municipal .Hall-on Tuesday night when they'held a (Mice’in-the local hall. There ,was a'larger attendance than was anticipated - and .' ail : thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Tho haii was tastefully decorated with streamers and greenery.. As the dance programme- was only broadcasted , until ten o’clock, an orchestra supplied the music for the"'remainder' of the evening. The prizes for the Monte'Carlo waltz' were won by :Mr and 'Mrs . Christiansen, while Miss AY. - Crawford . and- H.. Crawford were . winners -Of the • lucky spot. A generous supper ''was provided by the ladies. Cards: were provided, for' the non-dancers, the following players emerging winners after, an A interesting, game :of euchre:— Ladies,.Mrs Mouldey; men, Mr G. Walker; consolations,. Mrs. AV.
