GARRISON BAND CARNIVAL.
The Palmerston North Garrison Band Carnival at the Empire Hall will be opened by Ml- J. A. Nash, M.P., at 2 p.m. 01l Wednesday, 27th inst. This carnival will run for four afernoons and evenings and the committee are working hard to make it a huge success.
