AUSTRIAN SITUATION.
NEGOTIATIONS WITH GERMANY. SETTLING THE IMGROSLIO. LONDON, Sept. 20. It is reliably reported from Vienna that negotiations are proceeding between Baron von Neuratli, on behalf of Germany, and Herr Tauschitz, the Austrian Minister at Berlin, on beIralf of Austria, for a settlement of the differences between the two countries. The Vienna correspondent of the News-Chronicle says it is understood that secret but definite negotiations are progressing between Dr. Dolfuss and Signor Mussolini for a settlement of the Austro-German imbroglio on the basis of _ Dr. Dolfuss admitting Austrian Nazis into the Cabinet and Germany repudiating the idea of a union with Austria. The British United Press Vienna correspondent says the Socialists have decided to call a general strike and place arms in' the hands of their fighting corps if the Government outlaws the trade unions, dissolves the party, or proclaims a dictatorship or a Fascist constitution. TICKET NAZI HEADQUARTERS. VIENNA, Sept. 20. The police discovered a secret Nazi' headquarters connected with Berlin and Munich. Documents were seized and many arrests were made.
