AA 7 EST AUSTRALIA’S DESIRE. Received September 21, 11.10 a.m. PERTH, Sept. 21. The Parliamentary Select Committee has recommended the appointment of a non-Parliamentary committee to prepare an address to the King, containing a statement of the case for secession, and applications to both Houses of tlie Imperial Parliament for legislation to effect the withdrawal ol AVest Australia from tlie Federation. The Legislative Council adopted the recommendation.
