WILL IN DISPUTE.
QUESTION OF INTESTACY. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 20. The Court of Appeal this afternoon commenced hearing argument on an originating summons filed bv the Public Trustee, as executor of the will of Ellen Balmforth, who died at Manutahi on January 1, 1932. The summons asks for.the opinion of the Court upon the question whether or not the testatrix was intestate as to any part of her residuary estate and upon other questions dealing with the division of income and the application of certain equitable doctrines. The various beneficiaries under the will are named as defendants. Argument bv counsel was proceeding when the Court adjourned until tomorrow.
