IMPROVEMENT TO-MORROW. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 21. A deep depression crossed the Dominion last night, but a slight secondary one was situated over the central portion of the North Island. This morning an anti-cvclone is moving on to the western Tasman Sea. Forecast: Moderate, but freshening, southerly winds. Weather: Cold and unsettled, with further rain, but conditions improving to-morrow. Seas rough.
