DISPUTE OVER WORDING. Received September 20, 8.10 a.m. BRUSSELS, Sept. 19. Despite the intervention of the Government, the Town Council of Dinant decided to retain the inscription “Teutonic Fury” in the plan of the American architect, Mr Warren, for a monument to civilians killed at Dinant during the war. The Government had asked for the suppression of the inscription in the interests of international goodwill.
