WEARING THE SWASTIKA. LONDON, Sept. 17. A party of English schoolboys returning from a tour of Germany figured in a remarkable incident on the Belgian frontier. Gendarmes ordered four boys wearing small souvenir swastika badges to leave the train, kicking two who were asleep. The members of the party were locked in the station for two hours. Belgium .last week prohibited the wearing of foreign badges.
