LIBERTY OF THOUGHT.
Received September 18, 11.5 a.m. MELBOURNE, Sept. 18. The special court of the Presbyterian General Assembly, which is considering the Dr Angus case concerning his teaching at St. Andrew’s College, Sydney, is expected to confer with Dr Angus with the object of giving him the opportunity to state his position, after which the Assembly will make its decision. The issue is: How far should liberty of thought be permitted to a teacher entrusted with the training of future ministers of the Presbyterian Church P
