MR, FRANCIS SISSON PASSES,

The death lias occurred of Mr Francis Sisson, aged 62, a vice-president of the Guaranty Trust Company, New York. Ho was a former president of the American Bankers’ Association and was one of the leading opponents of President Roosevelt’s banking programme, particularly the guarantee bank deposits clause.
