DEATHS IN MEXICO.

WIND AND FLOODS. Received September 18, 11.50 a.m. MEXICO CITY, Sept. 17. The hurricane and flood water, which resulted in over 30 deaths in Tampico, continued in various parts of Northern Mexico. It is estimated that the dcatli toll will exceed 130. Forty bodies arc reported to have been recovered on the lowlands following a dam break on the Santiago River, near San Luis Potosi.
