INTEREST PAYMENTS.
MR ALLUM’S JOURNEY. Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, Sept. 12. The Auckland Transport Board, today granted four months’ leave to the chairman, Mr J. A. C. Allum, to enable him to consult financial interests in London regarding interest payments on the board’s oversea loans. He leaves Auckland on September 23 and is due in London on October 19.
