HURRICANE DAMAGE.
REPORT FROM JAMAICA.
(British Official Wireless.) Received September 12, 11.59 a.m. RUGBY, Sept. 11. The Governor of Jamaica reports that the hurricane of August 30 caused serious damage in the outlying islands. The Commissioner reports that 15 lives were lost and 75 houses destroyed. Relief measures are being taken.
