NELSON DISTRICT APPOINTMENTS. Per Press Association. NELSON, Sept. 11. Venerable Archdeacon Haggitt, Archdeacon of Christchurch, has accepted the appointment of Vicar of Christ Church Cathedral, Nelson, in succession to Very Rev. Dean Askew.
Rev. L. H. Schurr, Vicar of Awatere, has been appointed Vicar of Picton.
