COURT REFUSES DECLARATION
(United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copy right.) Received September 5, 2.15 p.m. SYDNEY. Sept. 5.
The Pull Court dismissed an action by Mr Doyle, a Legislative Councillor, seeking a declaration, that tho referendum on Upper House reform is invalid, also asking for an injunction to restrain the Government from sending the amending Bill to the Governor for consent.
