TENIKOIT CLUB.
The annual meeting of the Tenikoit Club was held on Saturday afternoon at the produce hall in the Showgrounds, there being a large attendance. The report was read and confirmed and on a ballot being taken the following committee were elected:—Miss A. Turner. Messrs L. Andrews, J. T. McDonald and G. Hankin. Misses J. Barnett and P. Carter were elected to the joint position of secretary and treasurer. On the motion of Mr Young, seconded by Mr McLeavev. it was decided, if sufficient inducement is forthcoming, that evening sessions be held on Wednesday nights. The keenness of the players shows promise of a most successful and enjoyable season.
