PROSPECTORS KILLED.
CANBERRA, Jan. 26. Hostile tribesmen in the Morobe district New Guinea, killed two white men,’ Messrs William Naylor and Emile Clarius, and nine native carriers on January 7. The white men were prospectors working in the native area. . A Government party went to the scene and were a.mbushed, and in the subsequent fight three natives were killed. There were no Government casualties.
