HEARING OF APPEAL.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Jan. 27. Providing that the Judicature Amendment Bill, which passed all its stages in the House of Representatives yesterday, becomes law, the time for the hearing of the appeal of Tarrant against his conviction for murder at Blenheim will commence at Wellington on Wednesday.
