HITLER ABANDONS POLICY. Received January 27, 12 noon. BERLIN, Jan. 26. Herr Hitler has abandoned his “all or nothing” policy and informed President Rindenburg that he no longer demanded the Chancellorship as a condition of supporting the President. Tlie way is thus paved for the formation of a Cabinet of all Right parties, including the Centre and Nazis. It is understood that the latter accept Herr von Papen as Chancellor, but General von Schleicher is unlikely to surrender his office tamely.
