LADY SWIMMER ASSISTS
Received January 26, 10.10 a.m. MELBOURNE, Jan. 26. Miss Lily Beaurepaire, a former Australian swimming champion, was tire centra] figure in a thrilling rescue of fou)' men who had been swept by the undertow into the heavy surf at Lome.
She ran a-quarter of a mile on hearing the alarm, swam 200 yards and' brought the men ashore on a surf board.
