BRITISH RAILWAYMEN.
LONDON, Dec. 3. A conference of all .grades of railwaymen resolved to oppose the 10 per cent, wage cuts, also to prepare for action against the pooling scheme with mass dismissals and compulsory transfers to lower grades by creating strike committees comprising prominent militants.
