COMMUNIST PROPAGANDA.
DISCONTINUANCE REFUSED. Received December 5, 10.40 a.m. LONDON, Dec. 4. It is reported that the Soviet refused the request of the British Ambassador, Mr Ovey, to cease broadcasting Communist propaganda in English, alleging that it is only broadcast for the benefit of British residents in Russia.
