(From Our Own Correspondent.) OROUA DOWNS. Out. 12. On Monday evening the Riflo Club held Fs final shoot of the season at the Memorial Hall. At the finish of the shooting supper was provided by the club for all members. During an interval at the supper table Mr M. Mills (secretary) presented tho trophies, which had been won by the following: Tho Cup, won by L. Burling with a score of 409, with C. Christensen, D. Funnel!, 51. Mills and W Spicer runnersup with scores of 408 each; Messrs Collin'

son and Sons’ trophy, C. Christensen with a score of 138, M. Mills being runner-up with 137: Championships Belt, J. Conlan iunr with a score of 96, D. Funnell, W. Spicer and 51. Mills runner,->up with 95 each. A cake was won by It. Christen,son. At the conclusion of tho presentation of the various trophies Mr A. K. Drew (Sanson) made several congratulatory remarks about tho Oroua Downs Club and hoped that next year tho Sanson and Oroua Downs Clube would be able to meet for a friendly match if not for competition fixtures.
