CLOSER CO-OPERATION. Received October 13, 9.30 a.m. WINNIPEG, Oct. 12. A conference of representatives of the Western Provinces decided, on the establishment of an interprovincial conference of the three provinces to meet monthly. Such meetings would mean that the three Governments would benefit from closer co-operation in the handling of mutual problems and an opportunity would be provided for the provincial Premiers and Cabinet Ministers to meet regularly to deal with matters of public interest.
