BAKERS’ WAGES.

HEARING ADJOURNED. Per Press .Association. WELLINGTON, Oct. 12. The bakers’ and pastrycooks’ dispute was continued before the Conciliation Council to-day. It was stated on behalf of the workers that it would be necessary to consult the local unions as regards the employers’ amended terms, and an adjournment was made till the 26th inst. to enable this to be done.
