EARTHQUAKE SHOCKS.
HUNDRED PEOPLE KILLED. Received September 28, 9.30 a.m. ATHENS, Sept. 27. One .hundred were killed and 150 were injured as the result of an earthquake in tho Chalcidice region. The village of Stratonikion was destroyed and houses at Icriossos collapsed. EXPERIENCED IN JUGO-SLAVIA. LONDON, Sept. 27. A severe earthquake registered by seismographs in England was speedily followed by news of shocks in Jugoslavia. The districts most affected were Valandovo, Kapia, Guevgueli, Denir and Kavadar. Though there were no casualties, tho panic stricken peasants have taken to the fields.
