MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
ADMISSION BY MINER. Per Press Association. AVELLINGTON, Sept. 28. Ronald Donaldson, aged 24, a miner, admitted having committed three burglaries, in the Magistrate’s Court, to-day. In a statement to the police, which was put in, accused said he went to Petone with three others. There he kicked in the door of a jeweller’s shop, collected _ some jewellery and passed it out. Next day he sold his share and that of one of the others, named Ritchie, to a man named Fearon. Donaldson was committed for sentenCe‘ ALLEGED RECEIVING. Thomas Fearon, aged 34, a barman, and Amadeo Millanta, aged 23, a painter, were charged with receiving jewellery valued at £3O 19s from Donaldson. They pleaded not guilty and were committed for trial.
