If the weather conditions are favourable, Mr Ramsay MacDonald will fly from Lossiemouth to London to-morrow lor a Cabinet meeting to meet the Ottawa delegates. Lord Hailsham and Sir P. Cuuliffe-Listor are not returning to-morrow by the Empress ot Britain, but will return by tho Laurcntic which is duo at the Olvdo on Suudav.
It is probable that Mr J. H. Thomas will also be the guest of the King as well as Mr MacDonald at Balmoral next week. Mr Baldwin wirelessed to Mr MacDonald from tho Empress of Britain, thanking him for his congratulatory message.
