“SHALL NEVER GO BACK.”
EX-KAISER’S DECLARATION. Interviewed by a special representative of the Sunday Chronicle at Doom, on the question of his return to Germany, the former Kaiser, with hands trembling, said huskily: “No, I shall never go back.” He said that he fully appreciated the Crown Prince’s popularity in Germany, but he did not think that his son would show any greater activity in politics than he had in the past few years.
